Order and Delivery
Here's everything you need to know about placing your order and getting your goodies make their way from us delivered to your doorstep.
Ordering
We're so happy you're shopping with us! Here's a simple guide to how ordering payment and delivery works at Breezy.
Pick your favorites
Found something you love? Click Add to Cart to continue shopping or Buy it now to go directly to checkout.
Review your cart
In your Cart, you’ll see all the items you’ve chosen. Here you can:
- update quantities,
- remove items,
- apply a discount code or gift card code.
Check out
At checkout, please enter your name, address, phone number and email address. These details are important for your invoice and to help us arrange your delivery. Even when choosing pickup, we kindly ask you to complete all contact details.
Delivery method
Next, choose your preferred delivery method:
- Delivery: We will arrange delivery to your home, office or at another agreed location.
- Pickup: We will arrange a convenient time for you to collect your order from our shop.
Payment method
Finally, choose your payment method: Sentoo, bank deposit or cash on delivery. We kindly encourage payment via Sentoo or bank deposit whenever possible.
Complete Order
Click Complete Order to place your order. You will receive an order confirmation by email. If you selected Sentoo or bank deposit, simply complete your payment. If you selected cash on delivery, we will prepare your order for delivery.
Delivery
- If you already have a Breezy account, sign in. If not, it’s easy to create one. (For Curacao, please enter zip code 00000.)
- Review your order, then select your delivery address and delivery method.
- Add your billing address (or simply check “Same as delivery address” if they match).
- Please note: invoices are sent by email only.
- Click Confirm to continue to payment.
Delivery options
- We deliver to homes and offices in Curacao.
- Sorry, we're unable to deliver to military bases or PO Boxes.
- Delivery options will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery costs (Curacao)
- Orders over XCG 200: Free delivery
- Order XCG 200 or less: XCG 17.50
- For a limited time only: FREE delivery in Curaçao
Delivery time:
- 3 - 5 business days after payment confirmation.
- During promotions or sale periods, delivery times may take a little longer.

Returns and Refunds
We want you to love what you ordered, but if you're not fully satisfied, our return and refund process is a total breeze. Here's how to make it right!
Return policy
We want you to be completely happy with your Breezy order. But if something isn't quite right, don't worry, we've made returns, exchanges, and refunds as simple as possible.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your item(s) for a refund, store credit, or an exchange.
Here's what you need to know:
- We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after your item has been delivered to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Our size guide is designed to help you choose the best fit for kids and tweens. Sizing can vary slightly between styles based on fabric, cut, and design. Since every child grows at their own pace and has a unique body shape, we recommend checking the measurements closely.
